Standard Order & Shipping

• Ready-to-ship products will be processed and packaged within 2-5 business days. 
• One-of-a-kind and Custom Creations will be made just for you, and packaged within 2 to 4 weeks.

This includes a standard shipping rate of 1-8 business days.

Rushed Order & Priority Mail

• Ready-to-ship products will be processed and packaged within 1-3 business days. 
• One-of-a-kind creations will be made and packaged within 1-2 weeks.

This includes an expedited shipping rate of 1-3 business days.

A refund and/or exchange policy is offered within the first 30 days of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your initial order has been delivered, you may be eligible for store credit.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email directly at alyssamyers.contact@gmail.com or through our contact forum.
